Can I give a gift to somebody who isn't already a member of Chirp?
Absolutely! They just need to be located in the United States or Canada. They will be required to sign up for Chirp when redeeming their gift.
What is the refund and exchange policy for gifted books?
If for some reason it's not possible for a gift recipient to claim their audiobook, we'll do our best to facilitate an exchange for an audiobook of equal value. Please contact our Support team at support@chirpbooks.com for questions about exchanging a gifted audiobook.
What if I give an audiobook that the recipient already owns?
If the gift recipient already owns the audiobook they have been gifted, they can exchange the gift for another audiobook of equal or lesser value. Please contact our Support team at support@chirpbooks.com for questions about exchanging a gifted audiobook.
Does the gift expire?
Gifted audiobooks do not expire. The recipient can redeem their gift at any time.
